Enabling UN system-wide action UNOPS provides technical and operational expertise, and other essential services, that enable the UN to deliver its critical work. We respond to the needs of our UN partners and help translate UN resolutions and mandates into tangible, on-the-ground results.
It has over 2000 partners drawn from TB communities, international and technical organizations, government programmes, research and funding agencies, foundations, NGOs, civil society, and private sector companies, all committed to eliminating TB as a public health problem by 2030.
Through the project, UNOPS designed policies and trained 600 staff in sustainable public procurement and supply chain management, and helped stock 114 health facilities across the country with medicine.
