Mission: Triple planetary crisis The triple planetary crisis of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution is an existential threat to humanity. Our missions Through eight mutually reinforcing missions, we bring together diverse knowledge and expertise across the UNOPS family.
Specifically, UNOPS supports us with efficient grant management, facilitating the selection and oversight of grantees who are working on the ground implementing ambitious programmes to build strong systems to deliver assistive technology. Streamlined HR and recruitment, enabling us to build a strong and effective team.
Protecting forests is essential to fighting climate change and safeguarding biodiversity. But reversing forest loss requires coordination, leadership, and action across borders. The FCLP brings together ministers and leaders from 36 countries, all committed to halting and reversing forest loss by 2030.

Improving Lebanon's health services With the government of Japan, UNOPS worked with Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health to strengthen health services and provide a reliable energy supply to several public hospitals.

Administrative and human resources support : UNOPS offers flexible and scalable human resources solutions, including recruitment, contract management and personnel administration. This allows missions to quickly deploy qualified personnel and manage a diverse workforce in an efficient and transparent manner.
UNOPS headquarters provides oversight and guidance for projects in our five areas of expertise: Procurement Project Management Infrastructure Financial Management Human Resources A range of UNOPS administrative services and functions are also executed from our headquarters in Copenhagen.
