I have mentioned that last year UNOPS-supported projects created over 5 million days of paid work for local people. Women undertook nearly half of this work. And these jobs go beyond traditional women's work.
On the contrary, in 2021 we saw significant progress on the energy front. We signed a landmark investment deal that will build a 250MW solar farm, with partners including the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries.
