This is a multi-donor partnership of governments and philanthropic partners formed to accelerate sustainable energy transition in Southeast Asia. Focusing on Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, ETP engages private and public partners to drive change at policy, fiscal and technology level.
They will facilitate exchanges and connections between relevant government bodies and institutions engaged in rural development, sustainable agriculture, energy efficiency and energy access.

News Strong partnerships transform cancer care in Uzbekistan 19 September 2025 Senior leaders from UNOPS, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the government of Uzbekistan visited a leading oncology centre in Tashkent to see first hand how a landmark project is transforming critical healthcare across the country.
Building on past successes, such as the construction of new classroom buildings and sanitary facilities of schools in Sri Lanka and the support to sustainable education and health services in Palestine , the newly signed projects include the rehabilitation of an industrial training centre and two schools in Kenya, as well as a vocational training centre in Uganda.
